Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing to any services from Support Genius, operated by SupportGenius ("us," "we," or "our").

By subscribing to or purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Principle
At Support Genius, we are committed to providing high-quality conversational AI solutions. Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate access provided upon subscription, our general policy is that all sales are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated below or when required by law.

We encourage users to thoroughly evaluate our service through available free trials, demos, or detailed product information before committing to a subscription or purchase.

2. Subscription Services
No Refunds for Partial Periods: For all subscription plans (e.g., monthly, annually), we do not offer refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or unused time if you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

Initial Subscription (Optional - Money-Back Guarantee):
If you offer a money-back guarantee, use this section: We may offer a [e.g., 14-day or 30-day] Money-Back Guarantee for your initial subscription to a paid plan. If you are not satisfied with our Service within this period from your purchase date, you may request a full refund. Renewal Payments: Once a subscription renews, the renewal payment is generally non-refundable. Please ensure you cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue the service.

Trial Periods: If you sign up for a free trial, it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be issued for charges incurred after a free trial period due to failure to cancel.

3. One-Time Purchases & Professional Services (If Applicable)
Implementation, Training, Custom Development: Fees for professional services such as setup, implementation, training, custom AI model development, or consulting are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced or been completed.

Digital Assets/Add-ons: Purchases of digital assets, templates, or add-ons are typically final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

4. Exceptions (At Our Discretion)
Refunds or credits may be considered in the following limited circumstances, entirely at the sole discretion of Support Genius:
- Billing Errors: If you believe you have been charged in error.
- Major Service Failure: In rare cases of prolonged and significant service outages or failures directly attributable to Support Genius, preventing the use of the core service.
- Legal Requirements: Where a refund is required by applicable law.
